Simone is the daughter of TC and Eve Russell. She is the younger sister of Whitney. In Simone's eyes, Whitney has always been the perfect daughter--and Simone has had to live in her shadow.

Simone is a student at Harmony High School.
Romantic Entanglements:
Simone has been in love with Chad Harris since the moment she laid eyes on him. Unfortunately, Chad only has eyes for Simone's sister, Whitney. Simone mistakenly believes that Chad has feelings for her too, since Chad once declared his love for her. Simone doesn't know that when Chad professed his feelings he really thought he was talking to Whitney! (Chad was delirious from an accident at the time). Since then, Simone has believed that Chad is her boyfriend. She fell even more deeply in love with Chad when he kissed her in the maze at the Crane Estate. But unfortunately for poor Simone, a magic potion released by Tabitha and Timmy made Chad think he was once again kissing Whitney! Later that same night, Simone saw Chad and Whitney kissing in Whitney's bedroom window! She was so horrified by what she saw that she stumbled into the street and was hit by a car. Now, Simone doesn't remember witnessing the kiss…and still believes Chad is her boyfriend.

Best Qualities:
Simone is a truly loyal friend. Even though Kay is always cooking up one malicious scheme after another, Simone has remained her best friend. Simone is feisty and spirited, and will always stand up for what she wants. When her mother disapproved of Simone's friendship with Chad, Simone made it clear that she is her own person with her own opinions.
Worst Qualities:
Simone can be headstrong and act without thinking. When she first met Chad, she followed him to a poolhall in the shady part of town in the middle of the night! She did the same thing when she sneaked out with Kay to the jazz nightclub. Also, Simone does not always see what's right in front of her. It's clear that Chad is in love with Whitney…but Simone still thinks he loves her.

"Survivor"-it makes her think of her trip to Warlock

Favorite Book:
"The Romantic's Guide: Hundreds of Creative Tips for a Lifetime of Love" by Michael Webb. Simone intends to use the advice for a "lifetime of love" with Chad!
Most Prized Possession:
The flowers Chad gave her when she was in the hospital. She dried them out and keeps them in her bedroom.
Something You'd Be Surprised To Know About Her:
She feels sorry for Kay, which is part of the reason she's stuck by her side for so long. Simone knows that deep down all Kay wants is to be loved (something Simone can relate to!) and that's why she comes up with all of her crazy plots.
Biggest Fear:
That she will always come "second" to Whitney. Simone hopes to show her family that she has just as much to offer as her smart, beautiful, athletic sister. Getting Chad as her boyfriend was the first step…now she has something Whitney doesn't!
If She Had One Wish:
She would live happily ever after with Chad!
